OPERATIONS
SUPPORT STAFF

This member provides non-clinical operational support to the pharmacy team. This role focuses on preparing supplies and packaging materials to ensure timely, accurate, and safe fulfillment of pharmacy shipments.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a regulated healthcare environment.

Tape and prepare boxes for shipment

Stock Ice packs in freezers and prepare insulated mailers

Assemble syringe packs and other pharmacy supply kits according to established procedures

Organize and stage materials for pharmacy workflows

Maintain a clean and orderly work area in compliance with safety and hygiene standards

Follow written procedures, quality controls, and handling requirements

Communicate supply needs or issues to pharmacy leadership

Support additional non-clinical pharmacy tasks as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to stand and bend for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Manual dexterity and comfort with repetitive tasks
