VISION
Our Culture

We built Emerald on the belief that great patient outcomes start with a great team. Our culture is rooted in open communication, mutual accountability, and a deep respect for the science and care behind every compound we prepare. Whether you're in the cleanroom or on the phone with a provider, your work directly shapes the patient experience.
We don't do bureaucracy for its own sake. We do things right because it matters — to patients, to providers, and to each other.

We're actively looking for professionals who bring clinical rigor, team-oriented work ethics, and a genuine commitment to patient care. If that sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.

Pharmacy Technician

Support the preparation, labeling, and dispensing of compounded sterile and non-sterile medications under pharmacist supervision. You'll work in a regulated environment where attention to detail and adherence to USP standards are non-negotiable. What we're looking for: Active Pharmacy Technician registration in Florida, experience in a compounding or sterile environment preferred, familiarity with USP 795/797 standards, and a methodical approach to every task.

The Operations Support Staff

Keep the core of our pharmacy running smoothly — from order management and prescription intake to coordination between clinical and administrative teams. This role is the connective tissue of daily operations. What we're looking for: Strong organizational skills, comfort with pharmacy management software, experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pharmacy Director of Operations

A leadership role responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, compliance, and team performance. You'll work directly with ownership and clinical leadership to ensure Emerald continues to meet and exceed regulatory requirements while scaling responsibly. What we're looking for: Pharmacist license in good standing (Florida required, multi-state preferred), prior compounding leadership experience, working knowledge of PCAB accreditation standards, and a track record of building high-performing teams.
