We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our Operations Team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to patient care through precise medication management and support within a fast-paced, clinical setting. This position is essential for ensuring accurate billing and fulfillment.

Assist in Prescription Preparation – Accurately prepare, count, measure, and package medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Maintain Accurate Records – Enter prescription data, update patient profiles, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Inventory Management – Receive, stock, and organize medications and supplies; monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering.

Customer and Patient Support – Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients with prescription pick-ups, and addressing general inquiries.

Growth and Development - Assist in training new team members on pharmacy operations and safety protocols as needed

Valid pharmacy technician license or certification required

Proven pharmacy technician experience with knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures.

Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory standards.
